On Facebook I came across a company offering tactical gear for sale I was buying some items to give to my son on it website all seem good so I ordered some items from them on the website it tells once the order is place you will get a email with your order number and order tracking number well that never happened I have sent a number of emails to the [email protected] and that address is now a bad address and they won't go thru Fadel-Beatty Limited is the so called company behind a lot of websites on line the newness one is sell new Tesla parts

I purchased items on this website because I thought they offered absolutely awesome deals. I even went to their about us section which made it convincing to move forward which I did. My orders were placed on,
September 26,2022. Confirmed
September 27,2022 and provided a tracking number however there weren’t ever any tracking details and or confirmation of shipment in process of delivery it always read that information wasn’t available yet. On October 7,2022 I sent an email to the company demanding a refund and or shipping information in which they responded accordingly providing an explanation that my shipment had been lost never offering anything but a complete refund which I received thank goodness. None the less I can’t honestly say if the company is fraudulent or not but it’s definitely suspect.

I have had the same issue but the tracking number is for someone else as I called Royal Mail and they said the tracking number is right but it’s not mine at all. I have emailed the company and no response at all yet I have ordered 2 items as well.

I placed an with them on September 28, my order # is 1550 under the name (Hey Dude). Hey Dude contacted me & said they could not find my order, like the other ones sent me a email stating they received my order but I still have not received anything else from them. Also on the email it as the name Shop Line. I’m out $24.97……. Cheryl Somers

Ordered $80 worth of product from “MARIYNA”. one of the names they use. Same as all other complaints. Took my money, got confirmation email, order has been ‘awaiting shipment’ now for two months.

Yes the items are so lovely it is such a shame. I was lucky as my bank refunded my payment. This was a couple of weeks ago as I had waited almost 2 months and still not shipped. You won’t believe this but yesterday I received an email saying they had been despatched and a tracking number! No track yet so I still don’t believe they will arrive.

On July 31, 2022, I made a purchase with Order number 00134961. As of today, October 5, 2022, the order is still waiting for shipment. I am very worried because the order does not arrive at my registered address in Ecuador. I have not received any tracking number by e-mail. The company doesn't answer to mail address.

I bought a few items a couple of months ago.
After 30 days I asked for a delivery date, received an answer to please wait 30 more days or I would get reimbursed.
The email for contact has been since disconnected, and the company email now showing at their site does not exist.

Last week i've ordered some goods from this company via site wepenty.com and paid for fast shipping. I slill didn't received tracking number for the shipment. Reading all of this comments i can realize this is scam. Order number is 00051776. Be careful!

Not only did I get scammed out of hundreds of dollars of clothing ordered from ERCMAG...low and behold my account was hacked and missing hundreds. Come on FB...what the heck! Beware everyone and do not order from this company!

I ordered with this company on bettinay.com unfortunately they scammed me my money never received goods or cash. beware there are scamming people in the world in the name of selling online.

I purchased $75 AU worth of clothing from this company a month ago. My order came back as confirmed but every time I look it sasy awaiting shipment. This is definately a scam company along with all it's other companies buyers beware. I wished I had read the reviews 1st. Will always check reviews in future before buying from theses "wonderful" companies!

El día 9 de Agosto realicé la compra on line y con Tarjeta de Credito bajo los siguientes datos: Orden: 00153100 - Fecha:9 ago 2022, 11:21-Total$49.52 y he enviado reclamos a varias direcciones de mails, dos me contestaron diciendo que estaban demorados en el envío, figuraban como una empresa de Vietnam, investigando más, la y las páginas que encontré con las mismas fotografias y ofertas que Vowolin son sitios web de propiedad y estan operados por FADEL-BEATTY LIMITED. En cada sitio que he visitado con este tipo de ofertas, se da el mismo reclamo: se cobraron la compra y no enviaron la mercaderia.-
