Online Purchase - Scammers

I made some Online purchases through a shop called “KEUSERR” own by Fadel - Beatty Limited few days ago and until now no tracking of my items or even no reply from the given contact from the website.
I came to know there are more victims and complaints following the same Company and owner.

I ordered a king size air mattress at a cost of $24.98 on 1/18/2023 and have not heard a word from them. They said they would email me with instructions on how to track my order which never happened. I now know that I to have been scammed. The Federal Trade Commission needs to be advised of this scam. There is only a limited amount of information on this company but everything I have on them I will forward it so that the FTC can do an investigation on this scam.
I am on a fixed income and can afford to throw away my money.

I agree! I feel like it’s pretty obvious to them that they are letting scammers advertise. They don’t care as long as they are paid for the ad. Apparently they can’t be held liable. As far as I’m concerned FB is just as guilty of scamming as the scammers.

On December 11, 2022 I order 10 items that were meant to be Christmas presents.. the first email address said didn't exist..second one they posted said on Dec 19, 2022, that my order would be shipped in 7-14 business days. There is a third invalid email address now and I still haven't received my packages. These were gifts for my children and grandchildren!

My order was £90.56, on 07/01/23, they don't reply to my email and when I read your review so disappointed to lose my hard cash earning. I work so hard, I am very upset and will never ever buy anything online. This add came up when I was using instagram account. I am so stupid. Suite 10542! On a small business park with less than 10 businesses.
The website looks very convincing though. And the ladies clothes one even more so.
But £8 for a real leather duffle bag! Nope.

I ordered 80 dollars worth of products got sent two fake rings,finally someone named William is emailing me that they sent the rings as a gift to be sure my address is correct, I told them I am aware of the scam and I’m ok now about not receiving product I told him I put them in God’s hands, he emailed back that as soon as a certain department notifies him I will receive my product lol,I’m cool now will never order online again thru new companies,God will get them I’m good!

ANOTHER SCAM BY ANOTHER NAME

The company I ordered from is called hausad.com. They are still in business. I have the order detail, their shipping tracking # (order was supposed to ship from China), and a website to track the order - https://www.tracking654.com/index/tracknumber/index?nos=+HHEBK7400434539YQ

They never responded to my email and I let it go until this track654 site indicated the order was delivered 2 days ago! Never got it & supposedly they handed it off to USPS and I do have a tracking # in my informed delivery on usps.com that seems to coincide with when they gave it to usps but the post office does not have it as delivered. The post office sucks so now I'm fighting 2 entities.

Just sent hausad.com response to when they sent me the China shipping tracking #'s with the link. I was really looking for to the stuff I bought. I only spent the min. for free shipping, $39.99. Still doesn't give them the right to screw people over, especially at Christmas. I also told them hundreds of people were pissed at them and positing it online.

They have not sent the goods to date even after several emails, they repeat the same line "goods has been sent" your order may not have updated logistics track at the moment, once the package has been delivered locally you will receive real-time time track tracking

Just saw their reviews e erroneous who has ordered from this company has not received their order. So i cannot understand why they are still trading online
They have no product. Its a scam.

This company is a scam. I saw the ad through Instagram so thought it would be legit. I was supposed to receive clothing yesterday but instead a weird looking moissanite ring turned up and no-one is replying to my emails. Doing some research it seems the parent company are scammers according to Scampulse website and appear under lots of other names including Pajampart in Trustpilot where other people have gotten this 'strange cheap ring instead of your actual order' scam. I am going to report them to my bank etcetc but very frustrating and I won't order through an Instagram advert again. I now can't find them on Instagram so there is no way to report them there but presumably they were a paid advertiser.
