I came across an ad on TikTok about these hair clippers that are easy to use to cut your own hair. I clicked on the ad and purchased one of the package deals that they had. I paid for priority shipping also but never received my order. I attempted to contact them many times via email and I did get a response afterwards stating that the product was out of stock at the moment and I would have to wait about 10-15 more days to receive my order. At that point it had been about a month already. After still not receiving my order I emailed the company multiple times trying to get a refund but never received a response anymore. It’s been about 3-4months now

Order was placed in early February. I received an email 2 days later informing me that they were out of stock and would mail once in stock. In mid April I received another email that a shipment was coming in and would ship items within a week. Since then I have reached out for a status update and have not heard from them.

The vendor emailed indicating that the product was out of stock and it would be shipped out once the inventory came in. A 2 week estimated timeline was given. A month went by and stopped responding to emails. Their listed phone also seems to be invalid.

I filed a purchase dispute with Paypal. Finally, the vendor responded indicating that they could now ship the product but needed me to pull my purchase dispute. After doing so, the vendor has once again gone silent and is not responsive.

I ordered a product from their website, fadingculture.com on February 3, 2023, for $59.99USD, and I only received emails saying "due to high demand... you're delayed 7-15 days." I't now April 12, 2023, and all my emails I sent in March and Early April demanding a refund have been ignored.

Purchased an item and accessories from this place, paid for fast shipping and order was confirmed. Received a email from [email protected] saying they ran out and I’d get it in 7-15 business days and includes a 20% discount code. I never received anything after that. I attempted to email back and the email will not work, I used the listed one and have no response, the phone number rings but no one answers, the chat options on their website just says unavailable, no matter what time I attempt to contact them. I purchased on 2/8/23 and I still have not received a tracking number, or a refund.

Placed an order for their product on 1-31-23 and I paid extra for express delivery 7-14 days and 30 days later I hadn’t received the purchase item and was told they had ran out of stock. So I asked for a refund since the item is not available and I was told by company rep to have patience and the item will be available to on the third week of march and I still haven’t received the purchased item
