Fading Flower promoted a pop-up event in Memphis, TN to be held on November 12th, 2022. The vendor fee was $65. I paid the vendor fee on August 23rd, 2022 via CashApp to hold a place for my business to participate. I reached out multiple times between August 23rd and November 12th with questions regarding the event but received no response. Eventually, I received a response on November 7th from Fading Flower sharing that they have been impersonated and the impersonators have scammed money from vendors, charging vendor fees and, because of this, the November 12th event is canceled and all fees paid would be returned. I replied with my payment receipt to recieve no response. I have reached out multiple times inquiring and have not heard back.

I also submitted a payment request to Fading Flower via CashApp to no result. Please see attached proof.
