I purchased an outfit from Faile Union which was too small. I emailed them and told them I would like to exchange for a larger size. They told me to take a picture of the outfit and send it to them for approval of exchange. I took pictures with the hygiene tape and tags still in tact. They approved the pictures and sent me the address to return the merchandise. I sent it out immediately. Weeks later, I never heard from them. After a few months, they told me they received the merchandise and the hygiene tags were not in tact and it smelled like smoke. This was not true. I sent them the pictures with the hygiene stickers on it and I nor anyone in my home smokes. I told them to give me a refund or return the merchandise. They did neither. I can only attach a snapshot of one email. Need be, I’m willing to forward or send the whole paper trail
