I received Instagram ad about this business and their products (clothing, dresses, etc.) And I ordered two dresses from them. After a month, I received the dresses, but they were terrible quality - felt like plastic and looked terrible. I immediately contacted them the next day about a refund. They responded 5 days later, saying I only had a week to return the items, but they never gave me the address to return them to. I kept asking and they never responded after that initial email to me about their refund policy. They do not have a phone number to call, only an email address, and no other information on their website about their return address.

Ordered about $100 worth of dresses. Tried to cancel because the order hadn’t shipped and was told to be patient. Filed a PayPal dispute, at which point the immediately created a tracking label and said the order shipped. PayPal denied my dispute because 2 of the 3 dresses I ordered arrived. They were much cheaper than they looked online and didn’t fit well. I was sent an email from the company saying they refunded me for the third dress over two weeks ago and have yet to see the refund hit my PayPal account. I tried to initiate the return process on the dresses that were delivered and was initially asked if I wanted a partial refund to keep the dresses. I responded and requested a full refund and instructions for completing the return and have been met with radio silence for several days from the company despite emailing them every day since. They seem to manage to have every complaint online removed. I highly recommend not ordering from them. Also it’s unclear if they are based in India or China. As soon as I paid the PayPal account was in Chinese characters, but the Fashiontop llc company associated with the account is an Indian company. The website and Facebook claim to be based in the US. They only respond to emails in the middle of the night or not at all. Horrible company, don’t waste your time or money.

I found this business on an Instagram ad. It took me to their website which seemed fine at first, so I purchased one of their items. It was when I wanted to make a return. They provided information on HOW to return the product, but they immediately stopped responding to me when I began to inquire about the refund. When I asked when I should expect the refund, they stopped responding. They have have the product and my money. Do not purchase anything from here.

The website advertised cute clothing at an affordable price and I only realized I was scammed after I ordered one dress. I tried to cancel my order within the 24 hour window, and they shipped the order behind my back after I initiated the cancellation process. I have filed a case with Paypal to get my money back and hoping that I will get a full refund. They made their website look like they are located in the US, but their Facebook page says that they are located in either China or Japan. Their return policy is ridiculous and there are several reviews that said that they tried to return their orders and were only offered a fraction of their order total AND were expected to pay a huge amount in return shipping. Everyone needs to steer clear of this website!
