FMG and Dave Roberts did not set up a real website! Access to a traditional website back office access to create advertising links did not exist regardless of how many attempts on my part to get access.
FMG and Dave Roberts did not send $1,000 of product to me; if they had at least I could have sold that to recoup some of my losses.
No such email traffic went to anyone. The generic back office traffic that I could see showed no traffic except for the people I sent to the site offline.
There was no way for anyone to purchase product from the website. I tested this after several people called me stating that when they tried to order and after entering all the credit card data, a message came through stating the charge did not go through. Very shortly after the attempt a woman claiming to work for FMG (or YourCannabizOrders.com) called the customer and asked them to make a single transfer from their bank account to FMG’s bank account (PNC Bank) and the lady was prepared to give the routing and account numbers.
No one makes transactions like this from a real website. However after hearing these incidents, I tested the site even further and purchased something, got the call, made the transfer and still no product!!!
None of the FMG agreement was honored by Dave Roberts. Please check scamguard.com and type in Fair Marketing Group or Dave Roberts and you’ll see many others who fell for his same scam. And yes, I should have checked them out much closer before going into business. That being said I’ve seen where this man has another scheme to fraud people by selling them casino websites. I’ve already seen some backlash of unhappy investors. This man needs to be stopped, properly investigated and brought up on charges for fraud, negligence and anything else applicable.
