The company offers legitimate paving services at an inflated price, with poor quality materials, and little care for what happens weeks or months after the work is completed. They offered to pave my driveway over a sand base with no prep work. Sand is one of the least cooperative materials to build pavement on, which is why you don't see asphalt or concrete pavement laid directly on sand. Sand is unsteady and it shifts. It also soaks up water which changes its composition greatly. The address is fake and is to a strip mall in a dumpy part of town.
