I purchased a sweatshirt via Instagram. It was a Christian based company having a “flash sale” where their items were marked down. I purchased the shirt before Easter- March 26th. I got a thank you email with my confirmation number and was waiting to get a shipping notification email in the following weeks. 3 weeks later still nothing so I emailed them asking what was taking so long. They responded stating they had shipping issues and they were delayed at least 11-13 days. I waited and once it passed a month I reached out again. Another apology and stated they were going to “do something nice for everyone’s patience” it’s now been 2 months and I can’t seem to get any response and their website no longer exists.
