The email was dated 23 May 2024 and it said, "We appreciate your Purchase. Please check the attachment below now." The attachment was an invoice with PayPal as a heading, Invoice number, Order ID number. It was from Oracle Office Institute with the address and a phone number. The supposed service was for "Oracle Office Antivirus Plus and Oracle Office Premium Package. Under the Notes it said, "Your transaction was completed successfully, and a charge will be made on your card in the very near future. If you're not happy with our service, please reach out to us within 24 hours and we'll do our best to assist you. No refunds will be issued for digital services that have been fully assessed or used

It also had a Terms section with four bulleted statements.
