Fake bid on construction report

Person named Monique texted me from this number 320-245-1710 and said they found my business on google needed interior painting, installation of doors and hardwood installation. asked for email and which services we offer. Seemed legit until I was emailed and the property descriptions did not add up. I googled the email address and this site popped up. So I thought I would add to it. I have attached the screen shot of the text message.

The initial contact was a request for construction work at their home and seemed somewhat normal like the other person who also experienced this scam reported. They followed up with an email stating that they already purchased the materials and wanted a labor only estimate without anyone seeing the house and they could only be reached via email and they are out of town.
