RW3026860, and said that failure to call will result in an automatic forfeiture. It said, "Our records indicate you have an unclaimed reward on your Account. We are holding a voucher worth $100 in your name as a member benefit" There is no indication as to who this is from.
The post card was addressed to my correct home address.
I did not follow up.
