The webpage says the shipping time is between 2-6 days and you can track the package along the whole time. When says it arrived you never receive the things. Contacted costumer support and they even reply back saying:

Thank you for contacting me.
We are very sorry that you did not receive the package successfully, but please allow us to explain to you the possible reasons why the package was not successfully delivered.
We ship your order to the address you provided. If your order cannot be delivered, it may be because the address you provided is different from your actual address, or the address you entered is not detailed enough.
You can see from the tracking information provided on this website that your order has been successfully delivered although you informed me that you have not received the package. In that case, we can only try to apply for a claim with the courier first, but they won't compensate for all losses of the order if the package was delivered.
Therefore, we would like to know if you are willing to accept a 60% refund? I know this is difficult for you, but we have also suffered a great loss. After all, these products themselves were sold at a relatively low price. We would be grateful if you could understand our difficulty.

After that I answered saying I wanted my money back in the big package and the product in the small package.
They only offered reimbursement of 60% which I was not hoping to get back.
They changed the name of the page several times since then and few weeks ago I had some attempts to use my two credit cards for more than 600 dls in Walmart.com
