I was reading news articles on Google news. After reading an article I saw a link to another article about recommended investments. When I looked at it, it appeared to be endorsed by Elon Musk. The next night I was on Google news I saw another endorsement this time from Kevin O'Leary. I went to the site to get additional information. I requested some information and was contacted by a man claiming to be Charles Griffen. He explained how to get started on the site. Showed me how to set up zoom and a Crypto account to transfer money to my account. In total I spent ~ $4300 before I realized something was wrong. I immediately requested to withdraw my money. I contacted the support number and Charles. I received a reply from support to say my agent would follow up. The follow up and money never came. I then realized the articles I read online were not real.
