I found this company called Chicagoland Swimming Pool Works, LLC online for repairs on my spa. A man named Daniel Anderson came out and had swatches for a spa cover color choice & estimated my repairs. I couldn’t afford the payment up front so he had me only pay $950 down & said that I could pay the rest in 3 installments. He said that I would be hearing from a woman named Susan. She would only text me no matter how often I called and asked her to call me back. Dan used to answer the phone and tell me next week, next week. No one ever came and now I can’t reach anyone. Please, beware…. He is a complete fraud! I am filing a complaint with the BBBand calling the police to fill out a report as well.

I am currently dealing with the same scenario with these folks. Paid in full up front and have not been given my refund. Seems like they have even blocked my texts which is all they communicate by

Found him on the web. He came out and measured my pool. I gave him a deposit. He asked for two checks totaling $2,850. His name is “Dan Anderson” his office liaison is “Susan”. The “company” name is 3 Crown LLC. The checks were stamped on the back by GreenState CU acct#1010015516368. After receiving the “deposit” no one has been back out to do any work. They continually make excuses about why they aren’t coming out to keep up the charade of the company but no one ever comes back to the house. They communicate via text using cell#331.285.2570.

First he called on the phone in January 2023. Then he came to the house. came in the house and looked at the pool in the yard and said all the things he and his workers will do to fix it. stupidly gave him a check for $3,500.00. personal check. since then he has been calling sying they are comming then nothing. this has been going on for months now. every call he has a different company name and now he is using fake peoples names. Says his name is Dan Anderson and his office girl is Susan. never talked to her (fake person) now he is using the name Donald Severtson saying to send him more of our information and he will give us a refund. All lies. We filed a police report with the Schaumbur, il Police dept.
