Received letter in the mail stating "Final Notice", with a customer id number and expiration date, plus "Lender Info: Hudson Valley FCU" (where I do hold a loan). The sender info on the upper left of letter says "Home Warranty Division, Private & Confidential". There is no email or website information in the letter.

I did not call the number provided so I don't know what they would have said.
