Received a letter stating that my property's home warranty was expiring and failure to contact their office would result in "lapse of coverage" Bank name they used is very similar to the bank that holds my mortgage.

Received “final notice” for expired or almost expired home warranty. Contacted phone number and they wanted payment right there & then. I said I would call back & they said they would waive fees if I paid right now. I said I will call back and they were not happy with that answer so I hung up.

Scammer said Home Warranty was going to lapse if not already. big letters on thin paper stating 2024 FINAL NOTICE. Had bank info, customer ID and expiration date on letter. I called bank and when they did not answer, I checked online if the phone number included in the letter was legitimate. It was not. I shredded the letter and did not take any action.
