This company places their information in close proximity of the hotel website with a misleading alternate name that leads custumers such as myself to believe that they were making a reservation with the hotel directly. THere is no chance to view the taxes or fees before the purchase is complete. The room rate was also higher than the one listed for the hotel. The room was $135 with an additional $81 for taxes and $5 fees, with a total of $221. What was further concerning was the difficulty in reaching live customer service representatives and overall customer service that was extremely poor due to long waits, very infrequent verbal responses from agents, garbeled and weak audio qualities and refusal to allow communication with managers.
