Scam health insurance offering a competitive PPO starting off at a higher price including administration fees then going down to what they say is the normal monthly fee and then on the third month it goes to a fee that where you get credit depending on your income, it’s a total scam I just got off the phone with covered California and they told me it’s a complete scam. There’s no way I need insurance company can change your monthly fees to different amounts. Regardless of what the policy is it’s only one set amount a month. If this can help, anyone do not fall for the scam that I fell for it and make sure you reported to the police immediately…

On 10/19/23 I paid $533.93 from my debit card for Medicare insurance which I never got. I read this place is doing fraudulent business. When I call the available phone numbers nothing happens. How do I get my money back

My wife attempted to contact Keystone Insurance through a Google search, believing she was reaching out to a legitimate Keystone representative. However, instead, she received a text message from the number 866-331-0224, which provided different phone numbers (855-739-3235) for communication. They requested her credit card information for backup purposes, assuring her there would be no charges. To our dismay, we later discovered a $714 charge on our AMEX statement, under the name "INNOVATIVE HEALTH PLANS." Importantly, she neither enrolled in any health plan nor authorized any transaction.

Fearing fraudulent activity, we immediately called the provided number, 855-739-3235, to cancel whatever arrangement had been made. However, the individuals on the line requested additional information, causing us to grow suspicious. To date, no emails or plan information has been received, despite their assurances that such documents would be sent.

Upon further investigation, it became apparent that the address associated with the AMEX charge, 2234 N FEDERAL HWY 2862, BOCA RATON, FL, 33431, is merely a mailbox, and the phone number linked to it, (866) 677-6074, is non-functional.

Regrettably, it seems we have encountered individuals engaging in deceptive practices, and we advise caution to others who may encounter similar situations.
