The recipients are fooled into thinking that this is a very urgent matter and for a new home owner this must be very scary and intimidating to receive. It's all scam and fake and they want to trick you into buying an over-priced and probably worthless home warranty. Fraudulent company that does not reveal any mailing address, email or website. Only a phone number to a sales representative in India.
