the post card said to call because my home warranty on the mechanical systems inside and outside - call so I don't have a lapse in the coverage. My fully licensed mechanical, electric, plumbing, home improvement contracting company installed the equiment and I know this claim to be completely false. When I called, I asked if there was already coverage (there is none), and he said there was. I said there is a policy with your company now, and he replied yes. I asked what equipment is covered on my policy, and he said the major systems in the home. I said that doesn't match the post card, which lists mechanical, and he said, yes, like AC, etc. Then I asked again if I have coverage or not. I asked how much it costs, & he said based on sf of home. When I told him I have very expensive equipment (very costly geothermal systems) and he said same price. i asked how come I have to record of coverage, and I have paid a lot for repairs, and he said that every home has coverage when you buy it, trhought he mortgage company or realtor, and sometimes homeowners don't get the paperwork. I said my sister is a realtor and that is absolutely false, and he said, no, what I mean is it his experience that happens a lot, but I don't know if that is your case (owned house 30+ years). I asked the name of the company becuase there is no name on postcard, and I said you are the insurer? and he said not, it is ****** ***** *******. When I asked for his address, he said I had to talk to customer service. I hung up after no one picked up. This is all a complete lie. I asked at least 3 times directly if they have a current policy and he said YES.

Received this letter on pink stationery in the mail. No city, state or zip code was indicated. Letter supposedly from Wade Grant, Program Director, 1-888-404-4504.
