That if I did not respond to this email within 24-48 hours and initiate a trademark application with them, they would be forced to help the other, unnamed party file a trademark against my business name. That "a swift response is imperative to facilitate guidance through the registration process."
3. That I would be breach of several laws if the other party succeeded in their trademark application against my business name.
