Received a letter on Friday May 16 2025 from Pro Plan Benefits describing benefits like auto care savings plan, will locate a ASE certified Tech, road assistance, talk to a nurse, find a physician, identity protection, and even a tax hotline, that I was now a member and I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR OR CALLED ANY ORGANIZATION OR APPROVED ON A EMAIL OR TEXT FOR THEIR FRAUD SERVICE.

On May 17th, 2025, as I usually do the firsts thing each morning, checked our Wells Fargo account and found a electronic generated draft charge for $98.84.

Referring back to the letter I received on the 16th, stated a recurring draft each month for $98.84.

I called the service number of 855 470 0304 and complained that I did not authorized the service and that I wanted plan terminated and that I wanted my refund.

He said in broken English that the bank could not help but he said they would refund a check in 5 to 7 days and I requested an Conformation Number ,******.

I photo copied the Electronic Check on my cell phone.
