Key Responsibilities :

Ability to work independently and remotely with a hard-wire connection from desktop / laptop to modem via ethernet cable (for secure connection when working)

Additionally, you will maintain customer records and data in a professional manner and maintain product knowledge to ensure high-quality customer service.
