Experienced the same as the above victim. I was told the position I applied for was no longer available but that an assistant was still needed to mail packages for clients. He stated that he would be sending me a check for my pay and the extra amount included would be used for the toys to buy for children at local orphanages and that is what I would be mailing for him, at a local fed ex. The weekly pay amount was 700 and would only be required to work 14 hours a week.

I emailed him back and asked him to not send any items to my address or I would directly notify the police.

I was contacted via text message from "Paul Francis" based off a job I applied for on indeed. The same issue with another individual happened. He asked for my full name, address, and phone number. I just received an email stating I got the job and would be receiving a package in the mail for my Personal Assistant Tasks. He stated my previous position had been filled as well.
