They started with the fact that it was a Hispanic center where they gave free education and then they started asking for money. Yesterday, January 11, 2024, I saw in my email that they sent some letters where they say that I am creating a company with my name, which I have not done. I want you to please help me stop this situation and remove any company or things that these people are trying to do, with my identity.

Individuals registered a company with my address as LLC called Whipple Auto Sales LLC with the Dept Of State, Div. Of Corporation in New York State this is a private home I am being flooded with mail addressed to this entity. Also I am afraid they can order fraudulent checks or use so called washed checks using their company name and my address to defraud the banks. I feel they will try to use my home to borrow money from the banks for improvement loan or deed fraud.. New York State should be more strict in issuing LLC it seems anybody can buy one. I am scared of this type of scam I thought nothing of few pieces of mail delivered to my home thinking in was done in error but large amounts were being sent daily but after some investigation of my own it was horrifying to find out this was intentional done after looking up this LLC in New York State data base for registered LLC
