I receive a phone call from a person by name Charles Crumpton stating that I won a lottery sweepstake of 2.5 million dollars for paying my taxes and bill on time. Then he gave me confirmation number which is the last four off ss# , He also stated that I had to fill out an affidavit which he had to ask me question such as my bank information
