A Medicare claim was filed for services not ordered by a doctor or me. I definitely did not receive said services (supposedly a catheter, on 2 dates exactly 1 month apart), nor do I need the specified services. I have never heard of this company, and it is based in a state several thousand miles away from where I reside. The scammer is G & I, Ortho. They don't seem to have an official website. The current location address is supposedly 393 Avenue X Ste 2, , Brooklyn, New York, 11223-6028. The current phone number is supposedly 929-274-7766.
