I had won shoes in a mystery box that were worth $250 I order size US10 and paid for shipping. A month goes by and I did not receive the goods and I reach out. I was told by Joel that there was a backup and they will be sent. I get a notification they were being sent again but this time the wrong size. Size US8 instead so I reach out and got no reply. Not only that but it’s been two more months and I have not gotten the item it’s the wrong size from what I ordered and the tracking goes to nothing at all. They have also cut off communication.
