2. I entered all my flight information, name and address, seat assignments, credit card number and submitted my order.
3. The JetBlue website stopped updating and didn't give me a confirmation.
4. I couldn't confirm if my order was accepted or not accepted
5. So I looked up the JetBlue “no-wait” service phone number and called 877-913-1050
6. The representative posed as JetBlue and said they would help with my order.
7. They said that the computer system sometimes gets overloaded and they will need to enter all my information again
8. So I gave them all the information again and agreed to charge my Visa card for the reservation.
9. Then I saw a text message from my Vias credit card stating that $206.30 was charged to my Visa as “AIRFARE”
10. And another message from my Visa credit card stated “declined for $592.40 at JETBLUE AIRWAYS”.
11. I knew then, something was not right.
12. So I asked the representative to cancel the order and refund the $206.30. He agreed to cancel and refund the $206.30.
13. I checked my Visa activity and it still showed $206.30 as PENDING, so I thought I would wait and see if would be canceled.
14. As soon as I realized it wasn’t canceled and the $206.30 became an official charge, I called Visa to dispute the transaction.
14. Visa then credited my account for $206.30 Pending the dispute.
15. On Sep. 6, the JetBlue poser charged me again, $206.30 and I never did receive any tickets for either charge.
16. I returned to the JetBlue website and successfully purchased the same tickets and seat assignments on my own as originally desired.
