I ordered a pair of shoes from an advertisement on my phone on 7/10/23. They sent me a tracking number a couple of days later. After a month and not receiving my item, I e-mailed the support website. I was told the item was being held at customs and to give it 2 more weeks to arrive. Not receiving it still I then emailed the support line for a refund for a non received order. I have not heard from the company since. The tracking number now shows the package was delivered after showing it in customs for the last month and a half. I have not received any more communication from the support website. I contacted the Post Office and the tracking number is not in their system.
