An email was sent with Khol's Dept store claiming my name was selected to receive offering a free Ninja Air Fryer, once I filled out the form the air fryer was not available an the dash camera was given as the gift. I paid $8.95 for the shipping and handling fee. The gift was suppose to arrive on Dec. 19, 2024. It arrived Dec.31, 2024. On this same day a charge of $51.95 was charged to my account. I contacted my bank and closed the card. On January 2, 2025 a charge of $185.95 was charged to my account, then 6.82, and the 22.30, all from an electronic service "Maxplaynationto". I contacted the phone number and spoke with customer representative. He said I had an 8 day trail period and was to contact office and I would not be charged. I told him I received the gift in 12 days and that information was not in the advertisement. He offered me first a 25% discount, then a 50%, then 75% discount. I told him I wanted a full refunded and I would report the company to BBB. He refunded the $185.95 but not the $22.30 or the $6.82.
