I Received a letter letting me know that I won 1,950,000 and to call Mr. Cooper the payment officer to make arrangement to send the money to a designated bank account. They asked me for my SSN and to verify all the information that they already had including my driver's license number. When I refused to give them my SSN he explained he needed it for tax purposes. I explain that I was not comfortable giving it to them and he suggested I go to UPS and call him when I arrived. He wanted me to fax the information I said OK, but I called my daughter she said it was a scam and to report it. I found out PCH do not call, they get in contact by certified mail, email or just show up with balloons and check. They only send an affidavit. The never ask for SSN, money for fees or processing.
