Received phone call stating that they were attempting to arrange a time for delivery to obtain signature for documents pertaining to a civil suit. Stated the civil suit was for a Mastercard by HSBS Bank, sold to Alliance, then sold to Capital One Bank, closed in 2019. Gave me a reference number 302477-01 that I should use upon calling back. Said I could pay over the phone to settle dispute since I had not yet been officially served papers. When I call the number, they cant identify name of company.
