Contacted me through our ScamPulse.com profile looking for a roof replacement. He was hearing impaired and also recovering from a lung cancer diagnosis. He was not on site and would need to pay via credit card, direct deposit, or check. Once I got all information I realized the property was in fact still for sale and not owned by him. Michael needed to pay me $1500 more than originally asked for to pay the plumber once the check cleared the bank.
