Ordered two quartz crystal coffee mugs for gifts. Received them and they were made of plastic. The website shows the manufacturer cutting the items from stone and shaping them. The website clearly states "Handmade from natural minerals, crystals, and rocks like amethyst, quartz, and agate."

The review option on the site doesn't work, so you can't warn others.

All attempts to get a refund were met with an offer of a 30% off future purchase and 5% refund.
