I had a package that was not delivered by USPS so when I received this text, it made sense. The website looked authentic. It stated that I had to confirm my address and it asked me to put my card information and it would charge .09 as a way to confirm my identity and re-deliver. I checked my bank account and there was a $900 pending charge for " TIKTOK ADS".
