Fake Warranty Scam - Fannie Mae Impostor Reports & Reviews (1)

- Arden, NC, USA • Jun 12, 2024

Letter stating that I must call number 1-877-671-1027 upon receiving the notice to avoid unnecessary delays in my coverage before 6/6/24. The records indicate that I have not contacted them to get my home warranty up to date. I’m receiving the notice because my property’s warranty secured by Fannie Mae Mortgage (not true) may be expiring or already expired. I should call immediately in order to active my home warranty. The letter is “signed” by a George Walker. No return address or Office address is available.
