After seeing a full page ad in the local newspaper, I went online to the advertised web site and ordered the seasoned Maryland blue crab special for $49 on 5/15/23. I received an email the same day giving me an order#10346 and another email with a receipt#1944-1553 showing a charge of $70.99 (shipping was included) and my card was immediately charged the day of the order. I received another email on 5/20 stating my order was delayed but I should be receiving the order by Wednesday 5/24. When I did not receive the order as indicated in the 5/24 email I made several phone calls to numerous numbers that were on the emails i received from the company. and I sent several emails to their customer service website with no response to my calls or emails. As of today's date (5/31/23) I have not received any response from the company other than numerous automated return emails stating" they will get back to me soon".

Went to buy outdoor equipment- They offered 10% discount by using Zelle for payment. I paid and was issued an order # and was told I'd be sent email with tracking #. Never got it- tried to call # on website and it was not a valid # and they don't respond to email

Ordered outside chairs were buy two get 1 free. Paid $46.99 and received nothing. Sent several emails. Finally they said we’re delivered in my mail box. LOL. 3 chairs? Yesterday recieved a piece of material in the mail. Looks like several have had same issue

Ordered product and attempted to cancel within 24 hours of purchase. I was denied this request. Received notification it shipped but for 2 weeks it was still waiting on item from carrier. Contracted support again because they stated I couldn't request return until item was received. They sent a new shipment email and I received item within 4 days. I have requested a return label multiple times and have not heard back from company support. Filed a dispute with my credit card company as well.

I was searching for a particular laminate flooring that has been discontinued by the mfgr. Flooringline.net advertised that they had plenty of what I needed. There was no email, address, or phone number on their website, except for the one that came back to me, disabled.

My order was received today but I have not heard from them regarding delivery. I did not give credit card information. They said to pay by check or cash on delivery. I thought that was strange, but I was hopeful I would get the product I have been searching for. Their website was very, very convincing. Not a spelling error in sight. All the right information about hundreds of products. I'm still hoping it might be real, but I doubt it.

I ordered a 30 CM reversible octopus in April 2020 and have been emailing the company sense for a refund. Every email back is “your order should be shipped and on the way!”. its current september 2022 and i am out the money i sownd
