Made purchase January 22nd. Contacted business on February 12th asking if it was shipped out yet, didn’t get a response, messaged again on Feb 15th asking for refund, stating i reported her to paypal and my bank. she messages me back within an hour telling me she’s not sure why i would do that, but nothing stated about my order being shipped.
