Ad for too-good-to-be-true stamp prices on a professional page in Facebook. I have to mail stuff A LOT, so immediately placed an order. Very professional-looking website. Then I received a pending charge for *PAYPAL SHALIN (or something like that) on my credit card statement, researched, and figured out this was a scam. Immediately froze my credit card and attempted to report to Amex as fraud, but they fulfilled the charge. Then reported as fraud with Amex and they said if I received the merchandise, they can't consider it fraud until It has been used and proven to be "faulty merchandise".
