I am going through a theft claim with a customer for product that was illegally taken to this warehouse after it was picked up. The warehouse has our product, but the bank info that was given to us to send payment for storage fees to obtain our product to get back to our customer is flagged by our bank for fraud. They cannot provide any other company banking info, just keep sending multiple different personal accounts. the fact that we are already dealing with a cargo theft claim, we do not want to send money to just anyone and lose twice. we cannot pick up our product without first sending payment the warehouse states.
