Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
When I ordered them I didn’t see that the website had an email as the only point of contact, but no phone number.
The product I received was resin, not ceramic. And my efforts to get a return label to return the fake items have been nightmarish. At first they offered me 20% back and offered to have me keep the cups. Through repeated emails by me insisting I return for 100% refund, where I would pay the shipping they offered 40%, then 70%, then this morning I received an email offering the full amount minus the $8 shipping, and for me to keep the fake cups.
I accepted that offer, but it remains to be seen whether I receive the refund.
I contacted my bank yesterday and changed my credit card. My bank has said it would be able to process the refund, if it arrives under the original number.
