I found him online I wanted a puppy. We had about 30 emails.first he said he was in Texas. He wanted 700 for puppy said he would fly puppy to my location for 200 he said he would take pay pal and a few other types of payments it is now not letting me see emails he sent. I had troublw with pay pal so we went back and forth he said he would wait then he said he will send dog after payment. I said send a contract he did. Not really anything. No parents no papers I could see . Scam
