PAn order was placed on 4/22/2024. Upon tracking the package, it showed as delivered, but I never received it. I contacted the company to report that I did not receive the package and requested them to track it. They traced the package to my address. I informed the company that my mail is held at the post office, and they notified me that the tracking number was invalid. The company agreed to resend the package. The tracking status indicates that it was delivered, but I have not received the package.

I thought I was ordering from a popular brand named Halara, but the instagram add pop-up took me to a company under the name of falsaster, a Chinese website

Website is made to look like Halara with $2 sale items, the site is a dupe and completely fake. I thought no way would they sell at that price and then looked at the site address and yep, a scam.
