I ordered a travel bag that was advertised as having a vacuum-sealed section to reduce size of items packed. It was supposed to come with a small vacuum to use this compartment. It also was shown with wheels and a retractable handle. After not receiving the item for more than 2 months, I reached out to the company and they resent the item. What I finally received is a backpack with none of the features mentioned. I have tried to get a refund and send back the bag, but they keep asking for photos and details which I have provided. I went through their support email and also through paypal resolution. They continue this and send offers of $10 or $15 or $19 as "compensation" for my dissatisfaction.
