Bought device for skincare from True Beauty Glow, the item was shipped from china (supposedly) they claim they failed to delivery it to my home on two occasions (when I was home), and then they claim they were returning it to the HUB. They did not respond to any of my emails to their costumer support and then did not refund my money. The business appears to be a scam, do not purchase anything from this company.
