I never received an email order confirmation and when I called the website phone number, it was a personal cell phone that did not allow voice messages to be left.
I realized within 24 hours that this website and product were a scam and filed a dispute with my credit card company.
Almost three weeks later, I received a Fed Ex package containing two cheap knockoff Arcteryx jackets - no proper labeling inside except for a S to inside the size, and using the Arcteryx logo on the jacket's front and the hood.
