Great service and fast delivery!

I've had great experience with family avenue. I followed their size chart which is very accurate and received the helmet within 5 days from the time I placed the order. I suggest everyone here to check their head size before ordering to make sure you get the right fit for you.

Slow to ship but the bigger issue is that they are not to size. Every other helmet i have purchased in XL fit like a glove, theirs was waaaay too tight and get this, when you request a return authorization and mailing label...they require YOU to pay for the shipping. They misrepresent their product and you, the duped consumer must pay to return/exchange it. I work 75-90 hours a week so I don't have time for such BS. I'm stuck with the stupid thing and am very disappointed in this vendor. I will never purchase anything from them again. They set the customer care bar so low you need a shovel to find it.

I found a website on a Facebook ad and ordered a product. I Never received the product, this is a total rip-off! Facebook should not allow such vendors to do business with on their site! Ii blame them.
