Type of a scam Online Purchase
i purchased an item from their store:
https://www.familyfervor.com/products/the-shower-experience
The item was described as durable but looked really cheap and of course broke into pieces after a few months. I sent them an email asking for a refund. They replied they only have 30-day replacement period, which is really too short. So I wanted to leave a review on their website and that's when things started to look really interesting. If you look at their website's review section you will find many positive 5 star reviews. If you try to leave a negative review, it will not appear on their page. So I assume the reviews are fake, probably written by the sellers themselves to fool the visitors of the page that the product they are buying is really good and has many positive reviews from the customers.
